Nueva firma en los billetes euro

El actual presidente del Banco Central Europeo, Jean-Claude Trichet abandonará su cargo el 31 de octubre de 2011. De tal modo, la Unión Europea tendrá que elegir un nuevo presidente siendo este el tercero en su cargo desde la entrada del euro. Dado que la firma del presidente aparece en los billetes de euro, los nuevos a partir de octubre de este año tendrán la firma del presidente electo. El nuevo presidente todavía aun no ha sido elegido, sin embargo, el italiano Mario Draghi es el favorito hasta el momento para tomar este cargo.
